    Hello ladies,

    Sorry for being MIA for a couple of weeks but life has been a bit hectic…. however…. PREP HAS STARTED 🤗 i have now been in prep for just over a week, starting the day i got back off holiday. So straight on the grind with a food drop, cardio and getting ORGANISED!

    I am not going to tell you exact calories/macros as i follow a meal plan which means i don’t know them (and would probably rather not know 😅) but to give some context i finished off season on around 3k calories including free calories as well as a weekly off plan (or 2🤫). With these both taken out and a few reductions in food here and there i am guessing i am now at around 2.2k calories roughly on a training day and slightly less on a rest day.

    Cardio has gone in at 4×30 mins and steps at 11-12k daily.

    Things have been a little stressful for the start of prep (those that follow me on insta probably will have seen….) but Flex had to be taken for an emergency operation which was STRESS but he is on the mend now and definitely back to his happy self. So lets pray for no more hiccups this prep!

    After the first 12 days of prep i am down 3.2lbs (130lbs) which is honestly surprising for me as my body is usually pretty stubborn at the start of a diet! Let’s hope i keep responding like this 😅 But honestly happy with everything so far, time to put the grind in and come back better for my second season!!

    Week 3 of Prep ❤

    3rd week and first few small changes made since we started! This year we’re aiming for a whole new level of condition going into athletic figure so we are just keeping things ticking along by adding some more cardio and slightly reducing carbs.

    Weighed in at 129.6lbs this week so only a 0.4lbs drop this past week (after a big drop last week) but visuals are much better and have waist is measuring smaller.

    The food drop was just 1 apple on both training & rest day, extra 30 mins of cardio added. So currently doing 5×30 mins cardio per week and 11-12k steps daily.

    Feel like a broken record since starting prep but its been a busyyy few weeks… I have done quite a few extra hours at the gym which has taken it’s toll a little but managing everything the best i can and reminding myself that i am genuinely doing what i love and thrive off pushing hard. Got a lot of exciting things coming up (including the tesla event this weekend – so excited to see lots of you girls there!! 🤗) embracing all new and exciting things going on!

    Happy with how everything is going so far and exciting to keep pushing potential!
