LFPs Fit 2 Pose is a step by step video guide on how to assess all major issues we feel are the main contributors to common struggles with posing across ALL categories!
Each section of the course:
1.⁠ ⁠breaks down how to spot imbalances and dysfunction across the major body parts we utilise when posing
2.⁠ ⁠what you can do at home to help alleviate these specific issues

This is a very niche service, never done before in the world of bodybuilding and gives you access to information you would usually have to pay a hefty premium for!
